About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Marche.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested partly by hand and partly by machine. They are destemmed and crushed, then fermented on the skins in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests in bottle for a time and is intended to be enjoyed young.
