About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company’s vineyards in Marche. The vines grow on clay-limestone soils in the southwestern part of the island, at 150–350 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested partly by hand and partly by machine, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests in bottle for an unspecified period.
