About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Bardolino area, in Caprino Veronese and Rivoli Veronese, at 250–300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Harvest runs from mid-September to early October. Each variety is fermented separately at controlled temperature for 7–8 days. Malolactic fermentation follows in steel tanks and lasts one month.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks until late spring of the following year, then spends 2 months in bottle in the winery's cellars.
