Tasting profile
A rich, refreshing Vermentino with floral aromas and fresh balsamic herbs. Citrus, anise and ginger emerge on the palate, which is round and mineral, followed by marine nuances and a lightly salty finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12–14 °C. Pair with grilled fish, fried calamari and fish soups, or pour as an aperitif.
