About this wine
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in large stainless-steel tanks at 28–30 °C for 15–18 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak casks and barriques, followed by several months in bottle. This maturation adds complexity and richness.
Label / history
The name comes from the Latin phrase “Per Aspera Ad Astra”, meaning “Through hardships to the stars”. It reflects the idea that success is achieved through hard work, dedication to one’s craft and the pursuit of new heights. The label depicts a starry sky and a falling star.
