About this wine
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the must undergoes its first fermentation at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks. The second fermentation follows the Charmat method, taking place under pressure in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains under pressure in tank for three months, including two months on the lees.
