Traditional vinification for naturally sweet wines is followed by carbonation using the Charmat method in stainless-steel autoclave tanks.

Label / history
Morando was founded toward the end of the 19th century to preserve Piedmont’s winemaking traditions. Its annual production exceeds 40 million units across DOCG, DOC and IGT wines, bottled and boxed wines, sparkling and still dry wines, and wine-based drinks. It exports 18% of its products.
