About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Veneto on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclaves.
