Vineyard and terroir
Morando’s vineyards occupy hillsides in the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified in stainless-steel tanks under strict temperature control to retain freshness and bright fruit character. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat method in sealed autoclaves.
Ageing
The wine undergoes a short period of ageing in sealed autoclaves.

Elegant and refreshing, with fresh, bright fruit character.
Label / history
Morando was founded in the late nineteenth century to preserve Piedmont’s winemaking traditions. The company’s annual output exceeds 40 million units, of which 18% is exported.
