About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the hills of the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by a low-temperature first fermentation in steel tanks. The second fermentation uses the Charmat method and takes place under pressure in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains under pressure in the tanks for three months, including two months on the lees.
