About this wine
Grapes
Only the ripest grapes are selected. The variety was created by crossing Riesling and Silvaner, combining the strength of Riesling with the elegance of Silvaner.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in neutral vessels for five months.

The 2012 vintage is fresh and clean, with fruit and mineral character from the first sip and refined fruity and floral aromas.
Vintage notes
In 2012, flowering and fruit set took place in cool weather, followed by a long, dry, hot summer. The resulting harvest was small.
