About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Punggl vineyard, where the vines are at least 80 years old. Its mineral-rich clay soils are warmed by hot sun and contribute structure, balanced acidity and powerful flavour.
Ageing
The wine rests for five months in stainless-steel tanks after fermentation.
