About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Puglia and is harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed at the winery and undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with game, roasted red meat, vegetable stew and soft cheeses.
