About this wine
Grapes
Montepulciano is a traditional variety of Abruzzo and ripens late in the season. Wines made from it are known for moderate acidity and a slightly unconventional character.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are taken to the winery, where they are sorted and pressed before alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine is aged and then bottled. The text gives no vessel or duration.
