Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit is grown in Sardinia. Vineyards in the appellation are generally planted on hilly limestone and marl sites, with varied soils and mesoclimates. The Mediterranean climate brings mild, wet winters and hot, sunny summers; Sardinia, particularly the north, receives more than 300 sunny days annually. Many vineyards lie near the sea, where prevailing breezes moderate temperatures and help preserve acidity.

Vinification
Harvest takes place at optimal ripeness. The grapes undergo traditional white-wine vinification, with fermentation at a carefully controlled temperature to retain their fruit-forward character.
