About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards face south and lie at about 300 m above sea level. The vines average 25 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. At the winery they are destemmed and vinified traditionally, with three weeks of skin-contact maceration without the stems.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, then rests for 6 months in bottle in the winery's cellars.
Tasting profile
Harmonious and well balanced, with a pleasant finish.
