About this wine

Vinification

The wine is sparkling and made by the Charmat method. After gentle pressing, the juice was filtered and clarified by cold settling. Primary and secondary fermentation both took place in special tanks.

Tasting profile

Pleasantly bubbly and sweet, light as a feather.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with any dessert.

Label / history

The label carries a minimalist drawing of a bird, referring to the wine's name in Piedmontese dialect. "Pitule" is associated with birds pecking at berries in the vineyards. The image presents grapes both as the raw material for fine drinks and as food for wild animals, reflecting the link between winemaking and nature.
