About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on south-facing hillsides in the Valdobbiadene region.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and the must is chilled. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in sealed tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests in bottle for one month.
Tasting profile
Fresh and lively, with apple and lemon notes and a delicate, creamy palate. It combines delicacy with a sense of substance.
