About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Glera fruit comes exclusively from the cru on Cartizze hill. The site’s altitude, sunny exposure and constant airflow combine with fossil-rich limestone soils of ancient marine origin.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must undergoes cold settling before being moved by gravity into stainless-steel tanks, where traditional white-wine fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation follows in pressurized tanks using the Martinotti method.
Ageing
The wine rests in pressurized tanks following secondary fermentation.
Tasting profile
Varietal aromas accompany a fresh, fruity flavour.
