About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from two vineyards, one in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto and the other in the commune of La Morra.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the last ten days of September and sorted by hand at the winery. Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation begins in November.
Ageing
The wine ages for one year in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
