Label / history
Julius was created in 1997 as a tribute to Giulio Gambelli, the oenologist who contributed to the development of Ormanni’s wines over several decades. Conceived as a “Super Tuscan,” it combines Sangiovese with Merlot and Syrah while retaining an Ormanni character.
