The 2017 wine has 14% alcohol by volume, total acidity of 5.5 g/L and total dry extract of 31.8 g/L. Production amounted to 60,000 bottles.
Tasting profile
Ruby red in colour, with an intense, fruit-driven fragrance. The palate is soft and balanced, combining an assertive character and elegance with fruitiness and easy drinkability.

Suitable for cured meats, pasta with meat sauces, stewed or grilled meat, and Tuscan cheeses.
