About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from estate vineyards in Poggibonsi, situated outside the boundaries of the historic Chianti Classico “Black Rooster” area.

95% Sangiovese and 5% Merlot.
Technical data
The 2017 wine has 13.5% alcohol by volume. Production amounted to 40,000 bottles.
Tasting profile
A versatile young wine designed to be enjoyable from its first months. It has a light ruby-red colour and a fresh profile recalling red fruits, particularly cherries and strawberries.
Serving and pairing
Suitable throughout a meal, from cured-meat starters and pasta with ragù to meat courses and cheeses.
