Grapes
The wine is made from Prugnolo grapes harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at the winery in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
