About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the winery’s vineyards in Tuscany, on clay-limestone soils, and are harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The fruit ferments in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
