About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo in Gallura, northeastern Sardinia. The vineyards occupy mid-elevation slopes at 100–150 m above sea level, on weathered granite soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C. The wine is bottled under nitrogen.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for 3–4 months to retain its freshness and varietal character.
Tasting profile
Delicate on the palate, with aromas of white and tropical fruit and a clear mineral character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with salads, appetizers, grilled fish, white meat and soft cheeses.
