About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 160 metres above sea level in vineyards with clay and pebble soils.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested during the first ten days of September and traditionally vinified at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in tanks for two months.
