About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in the Gavi region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12 °C for 20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for three months.
