About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Verdeca grapes come from vineyards in Salento. The vines are 15–20 years old.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in mid-September. The must undergoes traditional temperature-controlled fermentation at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly on the lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling, then ages further in bottle before release.

Bright and refreshing.

Suited to fish dishes, as the label reflects.
