About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside vineyards with well-drained clay and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested at optimal ripeness between late September and early October. Traditional vinification takes place at the winery under controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for four to six months.
