Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Treviso region.
Vinification
Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The traditional Charmat–Martinotti method is used, with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Tasting profile
Clean, fresh and lively, with refreshing acidity.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with shellfish, oysters, fish, white-meat dishes, salads and appetisers.
