Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Veneto region.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and gently pressed to obtain the first-press juice. The base wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled 16–18 °C, then is kept at a low temperature to prevent malolactic fermentation. The second fermentation takes place under pressure in autoclaves.
