About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from vineyards in the province of Treviso, Veneto. The vines grow on mixed soils comprising rock deposited by converging glaciers and alluvial material from the Piave River valley. The local soils and climate are well suited to Glera, which has long been cultivated in the area.
Grapes
The wine is made from a selection of grapes harvested only at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation follows the Charmat method in temperature-controlled stainless-steel pressure tanks at 13–14 °C, helping to preserve freshness. The wine is filtered for clarity before bottling.
Ageing
The wine spends a short period on its lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Fresh in character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, white meat, seafood or salads.
