Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto on soils composed of gravel, clay and sand.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in steel tanks.

Fine bubbles accompany a refreshing taste.
