Made from red grape varieties typical of Veneto.
Vinification
Skin contact is kept to a minimum, sufficient to obtain a pale pink hue without extracting tannic bitterness. Selected yeasts enhance the aromatic character, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled autoclaves to preserve freshness and produce the sparkle.

Lively and refreshing, with juicy, vibrant fruit and berry notes.
