About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and macerated on their skins for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C. Before bottling, the wine is blended with natural orange juice and spices.
Serving and pairing
Serve on its own, over ice or as the main ingredient in cocktails.
