About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Emilia region at 100 metres above sea level. The Trebbiano is cultivated on alluvial soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method, after which the wine is bottled under pressure.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is bright, rich and aromatic. The palate is elegant, expressive and fruit-forward, with freshness and citrus notes from the Trebbiano and gentle sweetness from the Moscato Bianco.
Serving and pairing
Pair with spicy dishes, including Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine.
