About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the "La Morra" vineyard near Alba.
Vinification
The skins are macerated in rotary bioreactors at a controlled temperature for 2–3 days. Fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for 10 months after fermentation.
