Purple in colour, with fresh, delicate aromas of cherry, blueberry, spices and flowers. The palate combines a light, bright structure with defined tannins, harmonious acidity, freshness and an intriguing character.
Serving and pairing
An everyday wine traditionally paired with Piedmontese antipasti. The 2011 vintage was served with a mixed green salad and pecorino flan.
