About this wine

Barbera is a historic variety in the estate-owned vineyards close to the new cellar. The oldest vines date from the 1930s.

Maceration under a submerged cap lasts approximately 60–70 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for approximately five years in neutral wooden and concrete vats.
