About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown around Neviglie at 300–450 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The fruit generally reaches optimum ripeness between late August and early October, depending on the weather. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The filtered must ferments in autoclaves at a pressure of 2.5 bar. The wine is then chilled, filtered again and bottled.
