About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Langhe, which help maintain a balance of freshness and structure.

Vinification

The wine is made by vinifying two portions separately. About 60% of the must is fermented with the pomace in large wooden casks for 4–6 months, which adds depth and structure. The remaining 40% of the grapes is gently pressed without skin contact and vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16 °C, preserving the purity of the fruit and floral aromas. The two portions are blended before bottling, to balance richness with freshness.

Tasting profile

Refined and layered. The nose brings red berry notes, light floral hints and subtle touches of cocoa. The palate has lively acidity and a soft texture, with a balanced taste.

Serving and pairing

Pairs well with poultry, duck and mushroom dishes.

Label / history

"Seiro" refers to the star Sirius. The name symbolizes the wine's dual nature: brightness and depth combined with finesse, reflected in the layered aroma and balanced taste.
