About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils in Piedmont.
Grapes
Chardonnay makes up 85% of the blend and Sauvignon Blanc 15%.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in late September. In the winery the grapes undergo white skin-contact maceration, with extended contact with their own yeasts. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 6–8 months, following fermentation in the same vessels.
