About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows on clay soils in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and undergo skin-contact maceration at the winery using the white-wine method. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels.
Ageing
The wine rests in wooden barrels for eight months, followed by a further two months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
