About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and partially dried to concentrate their sugar before vinification using the traditional appassimento method.
Ageing
The wine matures in small French oak barrels for at least 8 months.
Label / history
The label depicts a colourful hoopoe, the striking bird that inspired winemaker Roberto Sarotto to create the wine.
