About this wine

The grapes come from the Langhe. The sustainably managed vineyards are trained to Guyot at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare, with yields of 45–50 quintals per hectare. Farming is directed toward reducing the use of fungicides.
Grapes
Pinot Nero and Chardonnay.
Vinification
A vintage Traditional Method sparkling wine. Secondary fermentation is followed by at least 30–36 months of maturation on the lees, riddling and disgorgement.
Ageing
After disgorgement, the wine rests in bottle for another six months before release.

Tasting profile
A lively, moderately deep straw yellow, with a well-formed mousse and myriad fine, elegant bubbles rising at a moderate pace. The youthful, fragrant nose combines white peach, loquat and apricot with an ample elderflower note. Crisp freshness shapes the aromatic profile, while a persistent nuance of fresh bread crumb adds complexity.
The palate closely mirrors the aromas. Mature, complex flavours retain a fresh backbone that animates and lengthens the wine. A delicate citrus character brightens the mid-palate, while fine salinity reinforces its structure. Firm and soft elements remain balanced, producing a dynamic, characterful finish.
