Tasting profile
Crystal-clear, with fine, regular chains of bubbles rising at a moderate pace. The color resembles onion skin, enlivened by luminous copper highlights. The immediate, precise bouquet combines crisp red fruit with blood orange and citrus peel. An elegant, restrained lees character recalls toast with orange marmalade.
The palate is crisp and clean, closely echoing the nose: redcurrant, blueberry and raspberry mingle with orange. The lively yet enveloping mousse supports a persistent, balanced and refined palate in which freshness and softness are held in harmony. Earlier sensory wording also emphasizes its dry, substantial character, freshness, savouriness and capacity to develop with time.
