Vinification
A Traditional Method rosé released after exceptionally prolonged maturation and late disgorgement. Time governs each cellar stage, from fermentation through ageing, allowing the wine to develop gradually in bottle.
Technical data
The late-disgorgement offering comprises one 0.75 L bottle from 2008 and one from 2009.
Label / history
“Late disgorgement” expresses the project’s emphasis on extended time in bottle. The release is presented as a two-vintage selection intended to show how long maturation shapes the wine.
