About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on dolomite ridges in the northern part of the province of Treviso. Ruggeri sources fruit from 200 growers in the area. Harvest takes place in the second half of September.
Grapes
Glera is supplemented by small amounts of Verdiso and Perera.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and pressed. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 °C, followed by a slow second fermentation in large sealed tanks at 12–14 °C. The entire harvest is processed within ten days of picking.
