About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organic fruit is grown in Campania at 137 metres above sea level, on vines more than 16 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks for eight months.
